Product Development Engineer Intern, Electronic Platforms (EV Digital & Design)

Ford Motor Company

Summer 2026

Built a BOM web app for EV hardware Product Managers that ingests multi-source Excel BOMs, queries supplier APIs, and surfaces lower-cost parts that still meet spec. Developed regex-based parametric search spanning 18 parameters across 6 passive component types, and hooked the app into Ford's internal LLM API to compare datasheets directly — MuPDF preprocessing isolates rating-curve graphs via density/line analysis and crops them to cut token costs.

IT Architecture & Systems Engineering Intern

BWX Technologies

Summer 2025

Evaluated Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Automate for Government Community Cloud High deployment, writing and presenting analysis that fed into company-wide IT architecture decisions. Prototyped an AI resume processing tool for HR and an AI ticket response tool for the help desk as proofs-of-concept for LLM use in a compliance-constrained environment.
